Zero security! I went to withdraw money and there was a man standing there, bothering and asking for money from everyone who was going to withdraw money, inside the withdrawal area!
At least in the withdrawal area there should have been some Itaú security, those at the mall saw it and did nothing.
I am an account holder at the Shopping Carioca agency and yesterday afternoon I went to make some payments, actually 5 bills. At none of the cashiers, I was able to make payment using the barcode, I had to type in all the payments... this is absurd and it's not the first time this has happened, I always have to jump between cashiers to be able to make payments, but yesterday was awesome and I'm still receiving messages that rates are going to increase......more quality of service and respect for account holders...please...
Terrible service, disinterested employees, they walk around the agency as if they were on a break strolling through the mall. And customers waiting for you for hours. Not to mention that it seems like interns never know anything and always get up to ask for help, further compromising the already time-consuming service.
